1. Install Management Agent
   1. For MacOS and iOS: Enroll your machine in JAMF
      1. In order to enroll your device into the campus management system please follow the instruction found here: https://support.cc.gatech.edu/support-tools/howto/enrolling-jamf-pro
   2. For Windows OS: Your machine will need to be enrolled in SCCM. In order to do so, your machine will need to be joined to Active Directory.

As part of the Endpoint Management & Protection Compliance campaign, users are required to have JAMF Pro installed on their GT owned Apple equipment. JAMF Pro is an application used by TSO to configure and automate IT administration tasks for macOS and iOS. Enrolling your computer in JAMF is a simple process, but does require Administrative privileges.

The TSO HelpDesk has written three small applications to gather information about the status of Endpoint Management (EPM) Software on your machine. This guide will detail the process for running these programs and sending the information to TSO.

OS X has password storage features, which can be accessed or managed using the Keychain Access application.  When updating account passwords, issues can arise related to the storage of old or outdated passwords.  In the following example, Keychain Access will be used to delete an outdated entry so the new credentials can be saved.
