WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) client installed on many computers received a malformed definition update on January 27, 2018 that causes the MBAM client to block internet access.  More information can be found at the following sites.

WebNow relies on older versions of JRE for full functionality.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
Any user of the WebNow service who has updated JRE beyond Version 8 Update 131.
