The intranet.cc.gatech.edu website server was turned off on Monday, October 27, 2008, as part of an unplanned power outage in KACB (see http://support.cc.gatech.edu/utilities/alerts/kacb-power-and-cooling-outage for details). The server was restarted at 9:30 AM on October 28, after power was restored. However, due to a faulty startup script, the intranet.cc.gatech.edu server did not reboot properly. TSO was alerted to the problem at 2:03 PM. The faulty script was identified and corrected, and the server was properly rebooted. It was again providing services at 2:20 PM, October 28.
