This resulted in delays in email delivery for lists served by mailman.cc.gatech.edu, affecting CoC faculty, staff, and students who subscribe or post to those lists.
The issue was resolved at approximately 10:00 AM, September 22, and email began flowing again. However, at an unknown time later that day, the list handling process on voreg stopped, causing mailman mailing list email to queue. The process was restarted at 10:30 AM, September 23, and as of 4:30 PM, September 23, all pending email had been processed.
