On Thursday, June 11, 2008, at approximately 2:15 PM, the Academic Remote Access server became unresponsive. This server provides remote desktop services as ara.cc.gatech.edu. It was determined that a reboot of the server was required to restore normal operations. The server was rebooted and was again providing services at 2:40 PM on June 11.
