At 2:05 AM on April 5, 2008, the Exchange service on our active Exchange server crashed. Automatic failover of the Exchange cluster also failed. The cluster was manually failed over to the other Exchange server and the first server was rebooted. As of 3:35 AM, all Exchange services were restored.
