At approximately 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 25, 2008, TSO became aware that we were unable to connect to CoC Exchange services. After contacting GTRI and OIT, we were informed that there is a power outage in the CRB and GTRI buildings. As a result, CoC SharePoint, Exchange, and BlackBerry services are currently unavailable. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available. BlackBerry devices will still be able to make and receive phone calls during this outage but will not be able to send or receive email. Email will be queued and delivered once services are restored.

Update: As of 6:20 PM, October 25, Exchange services have been restored. SharePoint and BES services remain unavailable.
