On Wednesday, August 20, 2008, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, TSO will be patching the following servers: aarhus.cc.gatech.edu, blanche.cc.gatech.edu, cleon.cc.gatech.edu, cobblestone.cc.gatech.edu, copenhagen.cc.gatech.edu, daribow.cc.gatech.edu, flagstone.cc.gatech.edu, glenesk.cc.gatech.edu, gloria.cc.gatech.edu. This patching will affect CoC faculty, staff, and students as well as some CoC web services (affected services are listed below). These servers will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window.

Affected services:

undergraduate home directories (ac26, g101, g102, g103, hc26, hc27, hc28, hu1, hu2, hu3, hu11, hu12, hu13, hu14, hu15, hu16, hu17)
RT ticketing system
student services-related information (class directory, graduate information)
all database-driven php sites
all RPT sites

Update: Two servers, aarhus.cc.gatech.edu and copenhagen.cc.gatech.edu, took longer than originally estimated to patch. They were finished patching by 8:10 PM.
