UPDATE: Issue was resolved and tested at 7:20pm, 3/4/21.

WHAT’S HAPPENING?

The CoC Account Password Reset Form is currently not working. 

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

TSO first became aware of the issue on Thursday, March 4th, 2021 at around 3PM, but believe the issue is being caused by the server decommission that occurred on Thursday, February 25th, 2021.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

The root issue is still being investigated by TSO, but it is believed to be a missing SSL cert on the server that replaced the retired kerberos domain controller. More information about the server decommission can be found here - Windows Server Decommissioning - 2/25/21

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users attempting to use the CoC Account Password Reset Form - the form will falsely state that a user's password was changed successfully.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required. We will update this notice when the issue is resolved.
