WHAT HAPPENED?

Some College of Computing and School sites were offline.

constellations.cc.gatech.edu 

WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?

Sites went offline at 5:45am, 9/20/19. Sites were brought back online around 11:00am.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

The networking chassis located in KACB rebooted. Networking successfully failed over to the CCB networking chassis, however the VM infrastructure housing the sites listed above did not recover from the failover.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users attempting to access any of the above websites during the outage window.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required.
