Servers in the CCB data center will be unavailable.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Saturday, January 14, 2017, from 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
Campus facilities will perform preventative maintenance testing of the main electrical panel and breakers that feed CCB. Power will be turned off to the entire building, which will impact the CCB data center. Please reference the Facilities message copied below.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of servers hosted in the CCB data center.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save any work and log out prior to the maintenance window. Be prepared for service outage during the maintenance window.

WHAT IS HAPPENING: Due to inclement weather the preventive maintenance testing on the main electrical panel and breakers that feed CCB, that was originally scheduled for tomorrow 1/7/2017 will be rescheduled.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING: Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 7 AM until 4 PM.
WHO IS AFFECTED: All building occupants.
WHAT IS THE AFFECT: During testing all power to the building will be turned off so each individual circuit breaker can be tested. All building functions that require electrical power will not work, this includes; but is not limited to: card readers, electrical outlets, lights, heating & air, etc.
