TSO Help Desk staff will provide remote assistance in lieu of walk-in assistance in CCB 212 during Spring Break 2022.

Monday March 21, 2022 – Friday March 25, 2022.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
With fewer students present, spring break week is traditionally a slower period allowing TSO to focus on projects. All Help Desk staff will work remotely to resolve help requests and focus on projects. In the event a request is not resolvable via remote connection, Help Desk staff will schedule an appointment to physically assist. Requests will be assisted timely.
