OIT WebAuth started experiencing issues at 3:01 PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2008. This affects T-Square, Techworks, MyGaTech services (OIT Zimbra email web interface), and the Account Request Form on support.cc.gatech.edu. While the problem is affecting the functionality of the MyGatech web interface, users are still able to access their email via IMAP logins. OIT Support is currently looking into the issue. We will update this posting as additional information becomes available.

Update: WebAuth problems were resolved at 4:30 PM, September 2, after doubling the memory in the main two WebAuth servers (from 1GB to 2GB).
