Since 1:35 PM on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, one of OIT's NAS (Network Attached Storage) disk arrays has had problems which, despite built-in failover, is impacting a wide range of services. Affected services include techworks, t-square, prism, kronos, software.oit, streaming video, and coldfusion applications (aka gtwebapps, which contains www.applyparking, www.oit, www.pcard, FACTS, etc). OIT is currently working with the vendor on repairs, but it will probably be after 5:00 PM before the problem is resolved.

Update: Service has been restored as of 4:40 PM, albeit not yet with full disk controller redundancy. OIT will continue to work on repairs, but don't anticipate any further outages.
