WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MyGaTech/Zimbra and Banner/Oscar will undergo maintenance.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
MyGaTech: Saturday, January 21, 2012, from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

Banner/Oscar: Saturday, January 21, 2012, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT is performing routine software updates on these systems.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who try to access email or group/course calendars. All users of Banner/Oscar as well as Banner Imaging, some Buzzport/Oscar channel users accessing the Oscar student service, as well as some report users accessing BPROD. People who send email to users of MyGaTech/Zimbra may receive a mail delivery delayed message during this maintenance.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Zimbra Outlook users will need to upgrade to the new ZCO following this maintenance. Email sent to MyGaTech/Zimbra users during the period of this outage will be queued in the central systems and delivered after the system is in operation again.
