Following the web server outage from Monday, April 14, 2008, postfix failed to restart. This affected web services that generate email, such as form submissions. Any submissions during this period would have received a connection refused error. Postfix was manually restarted and email generation was again working at 5:55 PM on Tuesday, April 15, 2008.
