WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
The VMs went down at 6:43pm, 10/11/20, according to logging. The service was restored at 8:30am, 10/12/20
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The VMs entered a paused state due to issues accessing the network attached storage. TSO is investigating the root cause of the issue.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the servers listed above and the following websites and services were unable to access them during this outage.
