At approximately 3:30 PM, Wednesday, August 12, 2009, a state change was made to a folder on support.cc.gatech.edu that had the effect of requiring a login to access the site, affecting users browsing to the site. Due to caching, the change would not have affected any users until approximately 4:15 PM, August 12. The state change was reversed and support.cc was again accessible without authentication at 4:35 PM, August 12.
