On Monday, July 7, 2008, at approximately 5:45 PM, the SMTP service hung on sark2.cc.gatech.edu, a secondary email MX server. This caused email on the server to be queued for delivery. The service was restarted, and email began being delivered at 6:00 PM on July 7.
