The TSO Help Desk iMac in TSRB will be retired.

Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at 3:00 PM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

The iMac was put in place in the 2nd floor copier room of TSRB to allow users to video iChat with the TSO Help Desk in the CCB. Since there is now a full-time desktop support employee in TSRB 347, the iMac is no longer used or needed.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

No users should be affected.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required.
