WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

The impacted VMs went down at 2:12am, 6/22/22, according to logging. The service was restored at 9:15am, 6/22/22

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

The VMs entered a paused state. TSO is investigating the root cause of the issue.
