WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The OIT Webhosting server Plesk-3, which houses omscs.gatech.edu, is offline.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Anyone attempting to access the sites hosted by Plesk-3, including OMSCS and registrar.gatech.edu.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.  OIT is working on the issue.

UPDATE:
Apache on Plesk-3 had hung due to a misconfigured site.  The site was taken offline, the server was rebooted, and Plesk-3 was again providing services by 11:25 AM, September 23, 2015
