Update: The network was brought back up at 7:45 PM on April 28. The outage was due to 2 Cisco Catalyst firewall blades being out of sync.

On April 28, 2008, at approximately 3:30 PM, we experienced a network outage. This outage affected CC Exchange users, including those using OWA. Connectivity was restored at 3:45 PM. However, it went back offline at approximately 4:10 PM. We are currently investigating.
