WHAT’S HAPPENING?

The MOPIER system will be reconfigured to authenticate against GTED. This will enable automatic Buzzcard management for all MOPIER users.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

Tuesday, April 21, 2015 between 7:00 and 10:00 AM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

Users can print to any MOPIER by logging in using their Buzzcard. Currently adding, removing, and updating user Buzzcard information is a manual process. After this update Buzzcard information will automatically synchronize with GTED, the campus identity management system.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

All CoC faculty, staff, graduate students, and TAs.

Affected services:

MOPIER printing, copying, and scanning.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No action user action is required. Once the update is complete all CoC faculty, staff, graduate students, and TA Buzzcards will be registered to use the MOPIERS.
