From approximately 2:00 AM until 7:10 AM, Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A number of OIT-hosted servers lost their firewall openings when an automated update process failed.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users of services that rely on the affected GT account resources. Several examples include but are not limited to the services shown below.

Buzzport
Degreeworks
Footprints
Oscar
Oracle databases
