WHAT’S HAPPENING?

TSO is adding the 2nd fiber link for the two remaining network switches that serve CSE servers in the CCB 247 data center.  

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

Wednesday, Jan. 13th from 10am-noon.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

Adding the 2nd link on each will provide redundancy during software maintenance upgrades on the primary data center switches or in case of hardware failure.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users of the CSE servers that are located in CCB 247 will experience intermittent availability during the maintenance window.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required. Please contact the Help Desk if you experience issues following the maintenance window.
