WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The server was missing a required Drupal software package.
 
 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Anyone attempting to access the websites mentioned above.
 
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
 
 
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  TSO reinstalled the missing package, and the affected sites were again available by 9:40 AM on March 20.  TSO is investigating why the package went missing.
