Avigilon controlled Buzzcard door access is non-functional.

At approximately 11:15 AM, Tuesday, July 12, 2016, and ongoing.
 
 
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The Avigilon system appears to have lost its configuration data.  Not all Buzzcard controlled doors are affected.
 
 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty, staff, and students attempting to access the following Buzzcard controlled doors.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users needing access to the above rooms should contact the building manager for a key.  Such requests can be directed to building@cc.gatech.edu for CCB and kacb-building@cc.gatech.edu for KACB.
 
 
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.  The Buzzcard office is working with the vendor to affect resolution.  An update will be posted once more information is available.
